2nd October 2016, the 147th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi is a perfect day to release a book comparing his ideologies with the current leadership of our country, India. Titled Mahatma Gandhi to Modi, the book is written by an eminent Intellectual Property lawyer Dr. Rajeshkumar Acharya and a celebrated, retired government officer Girishkumar Tanna.
The proceedings of the event will begin with the release of the book trailer. To remember the Mahatma, a group of musicians will set the ambience of the hall with their recital of bhajans. As the book discusses two of the most enigmatic leaders of Gujarat, it’s only befitting to be launched by the head of the State of Gujarat, Honourable Governorshri O. P. Kohli. After the inauguration, the writers will introduce the book to the august audience. The book also contains a foreword written by the Governor himself, and has words of appreciation for the authors complimenting their research and insight. The event will take place in presence of noted luminaries, state bureaucrats and their affiliates, and is expected to be widely covered by media.
The book is a much-awaited take on the socio-political scenario of India and has been read and reviewed by the Chief Minister of Gujarat, Shri Vijaybhai Rupani. Surely, the book is set to create strong vibes in the literary and political circles.
